When I click play in the Launcher and the game should start in fullscreen, it happens about 50% of the time that the Minecraft window is invisible.
What I expected to happen was...:
After seeing the Mojang window, the game should start.
What actually happened was...:
In about 50% of the cases, after the Mojang window, the program seems to start but it is invisible. I can still see my desktop. If I click anywhere on the desktop (or on the Ubuntu Launcher, or the settings icon, just anywhere), no reaction, but I hear the Minecraft main menu sounds, so the game is running, but invisible. Using Alt+Tab doesn't make other applications useable, the invisible Minecraft window always stays on top. I can use keyboard commands though, to open a terminal and type commands or Ctrl+Alt+Del and the Enter to log out.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click play in the launcher on a clean installation of Minecraft
