I were playing around with the debug world and I discovered somthing.
If you change your difficulty (/difficulty) to either easy, medium, hard mode, spawn a creeper, and then blow it up with flint and steel.
You will notice that the following blown up blocks/items will glitched by dropping the items outside.

(If you don't know what I mean, it is that block or item blown up by creeper will drop the following item.)
