I'm using this command on a fill clock:

/replaceitem entity @a[team=SPLRed] slot.inventory.0 arrow 1 0 {ench:[{id:41,lvl:1}],display:{Name:"Red Ink Tank"}}

Whenever I join the team "SPLRed", I get the arrow, but when I try to fire a bow, given via this command:

/replaceitem entity @a[team=SPLRed] slot.hotbar.6 bow 1 0 {ench:[{id:51,lvl:1}],display:{Name:"Red Charger"}}

It doesn't work. The bow can be pulled back all the way, but when I try to fire it, there's no arrow.
