When you change exclusive settings in the snapshot, it reverts it back to normal if you change from (I'll use this as an example) 13w03a to 1.4.7 then back to 13w03a. Like if you change Unfocused Height to say 20px and then you go to 1.4 then back to the snapshot it will be 90px. Although this doesn't matter much to me due to me having separate clients for both the snapshot and recommended versions but I can see some people getting annoyed from this. My friends get annoyed by this so I think this would be an good fix. If you use the same code to generate an server.dat, you can do that with these special settings I'm pretty sure.
