Regular Realms Server Resets cause a setback

      Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to make a complaint about a "feature" of Minecraft Realms: The regular server resets, connected with a setback of up to 10 or 15 minutes of work.

The experience of being kicked from my own server by some kind of operator is bad enough - but I could get used to that, actually. On the other hand, one additional fun-killing effect, that comes with these resets, is unbearable and in my view unnecessary: The setback of the realms' world data several minutes before the reset, even before the first warning five minutes before the reset.

That is really frustrating, especially when we just finished a difficult operation (e.g. luring a zombie villager into a protected area and healing him with a potion of weakness and a golden apple). After the last reset, we had to repeat all that. That was no fun.

I am quite disappointed that you provide such a costly service and do not have the possibility to save the status of the realm in the second you reset it, without setback.

Do you have a reasonable explanation for that?
