Title screen manipulative crash

      A manipulative crash happened to me while recording a video to show what updated in Minecraft 1.8.7. I accidentally pressed quit to title and Esc in a very quick manner and the game went to the title screen. Then, the in-game menu came up, and I was confused. I selected "Achievements", and then the game crashed. It doesn't always work, sometimes, it does nothing, and sometimes it brings you to the title screen, and pressing a button crashes the game.
