Shooting a Bow enchanted with Flame I at an Item Frame that is holding an item (tested with Nether Star, Poppy, Mushroom, and Enchantment Table in separate Item Frames) will cause the Item Frame to flame continuously, never stopping. Attempting to put out the flame with water does nothing.

What I expected to happen was...:
Item Frame to stop flaming.

What actually happened was...:
Item Frame to continued to flame long after expected time to stop (never saw it stop).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place Item Frame
2. Place any item in Item Frame
3. Shoot Item Frame with Bow enchanted with Flame I
Optional: Place water on flaming Item Frame
