What I expected to happen was...: When I was in Gamemode 1 for survival (with cheats on), I changed to Gamemode 2 expecting to be able to continue a game like normal survival mode.

What actually happened was...: When the symbol in the center went over a block, the black line around the block didn't appear around it, so I'm unable to break a single block!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Either be in creative with cheats on or type /gamemode 1 in survival mode with cheats.
2. Type /gamemode 2
3. Then try and break a block.
