What I expected to happen was:
I expected the hoverEvent to be in orange.

What actually happened was:
The hoverEvent stayed White

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type into the chat

/tellraw @a {text:hi,hoverEvent:{action:show_text,value:{text:"hi",color:orange}}}

It works with all other colours, but orange.
