      Setting an Ender Dragon to

      {NoAI:1b}

      mid flight will cause the dragon the glitch out.

      To reproduce:
      /gamerule mobGriefing false
      /summon EnderDragon ~ ~ ~
      /entitydata @e[type=EnderDragon]

      {NoAI:1b}

      Edit: Relogging fixes it.
