When I plant seeds in my farm, for some reason the seed next to it and the seed I planted is destroyed.

When I use the /fill command, both the seeds break instantly.

This only happens when the seed is next to a block, but weirdly when I break the suspect block, the issue still happens.

Also when I don't place 2 seeds next to each other in the same area, the seed still gets destroyed when it goes to the next seed-wheat stage.

I have done some more searching and my wheat farm has light way beyond the minimum (the lowest I found was 11)
