Firework's do not summon correctly

      When summoning a firework rocket using - /summon FireworksRocketEntity ~ ~ ~ {LifeTime:10,Motion:[0.0,0.0,0.0],FireworksItem:{id:401,Count:1,tag:{Fireworks:{Explosions:[

      {Type:4,Flicker:0,Trail:1,Colors:[16758308],FadeColors:[16760166]}

      ]}}}} in a command block, the firework explosion particles never appear but seem to count as particles in the particle count.
