Spread players command broken?

      I went to use the spread players command,

      /spreadplayers 0 0 0 1 false @p[tag=]

      and it returned with the error shown in the screenshot.

      Not sure how to recreate this, I have attempted many things but cannot.
      I created and added a crash report. I can add the map too if you want. Logging out doesn't seem to fix the issue.
