The attack speed tag doesnt work on items/swords anymore
This is the command i use for the attack speed
/give playername minecraft:diamond_sword 1 0 {AttributeModifiers:[{AttributeName:"generic.attackSpeed",Name:"generic.attackSpeed",Amount:0.6,Operation:0,UUIDLeast:894654,UUIDMost:2872,Slot:"mainhand"}]}
