Unconfirmed
I have created a "resources.zip" with all my textures, block models, etc. I created a new world and connected this resources.zip to it (Note that up to this point I haven't restarted my Minecraft Client) After building and adding more things to my resources.zip, I took a break and closed the game. I reopened Minecraft, and tried to load up my world, but it freezes when it says "Building Terrain", then it says "Java not responding, do you want to close this program" And every time I try load my world it will do that, to have my resourcepack work, I have to load it up in the resource pack menu. And when it does manage to load, it kicks me out my world and says "Disconnected. Return to server list" So that's quite weird. This is a Single Player world.
To reproduce:
1. Create a resources.zip with a few textures in it
2. Open up your world with resources.zip in your World's Save File
3. Close Minecraft
4. Load up your world again
5. It should freeze

Hope this is enough info!
