when on stack of blocks and break to come down stuck in loop up and down

      with wood, stone and endstone i blocked up between 20 and 64 on comming back down breaking blocks got stuck in a loop, going up and down and can not break blocks or turn, frozen in loop, same happens on minecart only vertical i dont know if it is related multiserver survival
