Minecarts are very buggy

      I was on my minecart and the chunks stopped loading so the minecart just froze. I trued reloading the chunks but the minecart stayed still even though i was on powered rails so then i tried to jump out but nothing happpend so then i relog and that seemed to work. PLEAS FIX!
