Sorry, I don't have my Environment info, but:
If you have a fire charge cannon and it goes into an unloaded chunk, it'll stay there and do graphics glitches. It also causes a ton of lag. Even '/kill @e[type=Fireball]' doesn't work (unless you use mcedit). Can you please fix that?
