I create a ressource pack with en_US.lang and fr_FR.lang

In en_US it's written: effect.jump=§eJump Boost
If I have a jump boost effect it's written "Jump Boost" in yellow.

In fr_FR it's written: effect.jump=§eJump Boost
If I have a jump boost effect it's written "?eJump Boost".

EDIT: In the folder there is the pack in 1.9 and in 1.8
