While placing blocks with a right click while it is in my off-hand, the game crashes.
Tested a few different blocks and so far I have found
this crash happens with pumpkins, snow blocks, and stone slabs.
The crash only happened in Survival Mode as I could place blocks fine from my off-hand in the same game file when I was in Creative Mode.
The game file was made in Creative Mode and was switched to Survival using the command /gamemode 0.
