Note: So I have searched and as far as I know, no one else reported this. This report is though related to some other reports about uvlock not working in 15w45a but that was said to have been fixed.

So basically, uvlock is not working in 15w50a, this is seen on fences without resource packs, and on several different blocks with resource packs.
