The Item models' "translation" changed. I used a resource pack that would show the pumpkin head a little higher. I will attach a screenshot compared with 1.8.9 and 15w51b, and as you can see, it was lowered for some reason.
(I would really want this to be fixed because those maps that use custom model would corrupt...)
I will also attach the resource pack that I used.
