Stair/slab long breaking time

      When I mine a stair or slab, the block needs more time to broke than the ingredient.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Stair breaking time: 75% of the normal
      block
      Slab breaking time: 50% of the normal block

      What actually happened was...:
      Stair breaking time: 125-150% of the normal block (I don't know exactly)
      Slab breaking time: 2x longer than the normal block
