The inGround tag does not update on arrows once it has hit the ground
So if you shoot an arrow it will have the nbt data of
{inGround:0b}and when it lands in a block it will have the nbt data of
{inGround:1b}but if that block is destroyed and the arrow falls, it will still have the nbt tag of
{inGround:1b}while it is falling
