[MC-95891] Creeper no damage

When a creeper explode on you, you receive only a little little damage.

With only diamond boots -> 0 damage
With nothing -> 0.5 hearts damage
With full diamond stuff -> Nothing

Friendly Creepers are back :maybe?:

MC-145 On snow covered/carpeted blocks, Creepers only give 1/2 heart of damage
