My video settings are intermittently changing themselves.

I have brightness set to 80%, but every once in a while, it reverts to "Moody". This seems to happen more often after pressing Esc and then Return to Game, but can happen while playing.

I've also seen my Max framerate drop itself down to 10.

I noticed the brightness problem in last week's snapshot, and it still happens in 16w04a. I've only had the Max Framerate change once - in 16w04a.
