Minecraft 16w06a with default settings and no resource packs
No custom server settings other than command-blocks enabled
Using an nVidia GTX 970 with the latest graphics card drivers

Whenever I join my Minecraft server and get close to one of my custom villagers this message appears and the server crashes: see attached file. Note that the world is using over 50 command blocks running in the background, though none of them should cause any trouble.
My world works just fine in single-player mode and when using LAN.
