What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing, i thought nothing would happen

What actually happened was...:
I was experementing with elytra and i began tapping space and then i began to run & jump, really fast and high.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put elytra on and go to survival.
2. Begin tapping space rapidly
3. Run really fast and jump high
