I have two problems,

1. When ever I open the Minecraft launcher and click play, after 3 seconds it says it has loaded. However, it hasn't, nothing came up so I clicked the play button again but it said the game was already open. I then reset my laptop, it _still _said my game was open when I tried to open the Minecraft loading screen. After, I shut down my laptop and turned it on again, clicked play on the launcher and again it said a game was already running. I have also tried uninstalling it but it doesn't do anything. However, before I had this problem I had problem 2.

2. The day before I played Minecraft on my laptop. I attempted to open it the day after, I brought up the launcher and clicked play, this time the loading screen showed. I walked away to do other things for about 2 minutes expecting Minecraft to be on, but the loading screen was still there! So I clicked on the loading screen and at the top where it said 'Minecraft Loading Screen' or something, next to it, it now said 'Not Responding'. The loading screen then closed and said ' Error an unknown crash has occurred' that was all it said.

I really hope you can fix this soon this has been going on since 15/1/19 and I would like to play Minecraft again!
