Minecraft is not loading at splash screen

Other people have this problem but non of their solutions work

I have redownloaded the game and updated all of the files and tried the alternate launcher at the Minecraft website but non of them work.   

For me it does work in 1.13 but not in 1.14

I have realized that the problem is probably caused by malfunction in the Java(TM) file
