From the News tab in the Launcher, the latest snapshot link has a non-working URL, leading to a 404 error.  I believe it's missing a "?" character between the address and referral tag.  The link from the Launcher is as follows:

www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-19w38aref=launcher

Removing the referral section or adding the question mark allows the page to load, but requires knowledge many novice web users don't have.
