My son has been using minecraft on an iPad Apple IOS 9.3.6 for more than a year. Your version menu does not have the latest version of minecraft listed. Apple Store version states 1.13 .... Latest one was installed from Apple Store just today to try fix the problem. So not sure why not listed ... I selected any just to be able to log the issue.

About 2 weeks ago it stopped working. It hangs on launch of game at the Mojang screen. The screen turns white and then nothing...just sits there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game from the Apple Store. I have reset my iPad by holding the home and shut down key...nothing works. Still crashes. Very depressed boy and very frustrated mom who cannot find a solution. Seen that many people are reporting this issue recently so must be a bug and not a iPad or other equipment issue. Not everyone has same iPads or software versions. Please could I get some feedback as to what the problem might be. Thanks.
