When I open the launcher, my CPU usage and GPU usage stay very low in task manager, but my CPU fan becomes very loud. This started right after I updated my launcher recently. 

I can't show my fan being loud, but it is incredibly loud only when the launcher is open and when I'm playing Minecraft. Other programs do not experience the same problems.
