I claimed my free w10 version of MC back in 2018 while i was overseas in Germany, I played it maybe 10 hours tops BUT have been a loyal java fan for 10 years now...

Iv always accidentally opened the wrong version so i KNOW i claimed it and had it and yatta yatta but after upgrading my computer last week in anticipation for the RTX beta (AKA the only reason to ever play w10 MC since they are scrapping JAVA updates now) suspiciously when i went to resintall all my games I can ONLY put java version on my computer... It seems as tho either the free upgrade was just a temporary upgrade or they backtracked it for some of us after a data breach or some security issue(or just want to make more sales?)... theres no real other explination for why i had working w10 after i claimed it and now its nowhere in existance the moment i upgrade?

P.S. I personally only have 1 mojang account(however i have bought minecraft for 9 other friends and family over the years but never used their accounts)so its not on an alt account either... Iv run across several people on Reddit and Discord with this happening to them and only RECENTLY and they have found no solution. hoping to find a Pro-consumer solution!
