Please verify these things:

1. Log in to minecraftdungeons.net using the Microsoft account you used to purchase the game
2. Click your user name, then Profile
3. The game you purchased is present in your profile page
4. You have downloaded Minecraft Dungeons Launcher
5. You have logged in to the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher using the same Microsoft used to buy the game on minecraftdungeons.net
6. Your Minecraft Dungeons Launcher version is 2.1.14931 or newer (visible in Settings > About)

If you do not have the game registered on either minecraftdungeons.net or the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher, then you either purchased it through the Microsoft Store or using another Microsoft account.

If you have verified that everything seems correct according to the note above, please contact Mojang support.

Microsoft Store (Windows 10)
If you purchased on Microsoft Store, please install/launch the game through it. Ensure you use the same account as you bought the game on. If you are having issues with Microsoft Store, please contact their support.
