Hi. I'm not sure if I'm in the right place  my son plays on his ipad. He had numerous worlds he had created and a few we had purchased. He got an Error 9 message, and his worlds all disappeared. There had been a button to get help if the problem didn't resolve itself, but it has disappeared. Can anyone help me? I'm not super savvy. My son cannot figure it out either (he's relatively young).  Thanks!!!
