Hey everyone! I just want to report a bug with Minecraft java launcher

So when I open the launcher and click on Minecraft 1.16.3 the loading line reach almost the end and then it says "Minecraft not responding" However I search on YouTube about this issue and there was a video about it but you need to open task manager and then end task the Minecraft launcher while loading the game. And this only works if weren't in full screen. Even if it worked your skin will not load.

You guys really need to fix this issue.

Btw Idk what does "Affects Version" mean
