To put it simply, I opened the launcher and found, to my dismay, that no matter what I did or how many times I deleted and re-downloaded the launcher, it still would not automatically download 1.6.4. The odd thing was that there was no error message, it was if the version didn't exist. I was using a vanilla Minecraft with only one resource pack. The launcher version was 1.2.4
