I have the latest version of java 32 bit, GeForce RTX 2060 super with up to date drivers, intel core i7 processor, 16 Gb RAM.

this happens to me I have not found found a way to fix this yet except for closing the launchers task in task manager after I launch the game though this only fixed the problem for that session. after I launch the game Minecraft itself under java(TM) platform SE binary uses 60 percent of my CPU until my computer auto stops it making it not respond and then the game doesn't load until I end the launchers task. I have reinstalled the launcher many times, I have even reinstalled java and tried both 32 and 64 bit to see if it worked.
