I recently got a Minecraft Java account and had to make it with a Microsoft login. I could play just fine a few days ago and the day before yesterday.

But now whenever I try to run the launcher, it freezes before or on the Microsoft login screen! I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing and wiping my .minecraft directory of mods (those being the latest fabric api and the Sodium mod).

Running the launcher as an admin doesn't do much either. I simply cannot play at all and I have no clue what to do or what caused this. Please help?
