For a while, I've had some problems with Minecraft. In default Minecraft, I've gotten these weird lines, and when I played on servers like hypixel, the nametags above the custom entities looked weird. However, when I deleted the .minecraft folder to see if this would fix my issues, this happened: 

The text looked weird as heck! I searched all over on Reddit and other forums, but couldn't find an issue fix! Here are some other issues I've had:

Blurry text above entities in servers like Hypixel

Weird lines around my head, arms, legs, etc.

A line or multiple lines that appear on my line when set on fire in any way

Transparent lines on all tools using no texture pack and after a fresh install of Minecraft.

There are probably other issues, but this isn't the place for them. Cna someone tell me what causes that weird text? It may relate to my other issues,
