Local Version Editor (NYI) is empty, can't update the game

      What I expected to happen was:
      The Game should update, but there was no 1.7.2 in the list

      What actually happened was:
      The newest version was 1.6.4 (15th Oct 2013; 22:34)

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. I just started the launcher
      2. I wait until the buton changed to : "Play"
