Unable to start Fabric Modded version using custom game directory

The profile used by the launch game is exactly the same. Use the exact same mods list and config. Both use the java version downloaded by the launcher
I don't know what changes have been made between these two versions, but I think it's not a fabric problem.
I suspect that different startup arguments are used between the two versions.
But the output error message is garbled, so I can’t find out where the problem is.

启动游戏使用的配置*完全相同*。使用完全相同的mods和配置。均使用启动器下载的Java。
