very annoyed! Mojang say not their problem, and i should contact microsoft, microsoft tells me to talk to Mojang. And here I am, bought the game 6 month ago, played it and now it seems to be gone.???? very confusing...

Microsoft (Xbox support) claims Java edition is purchased from Mojang and not them, therefore they can't help. why at all do I need to use this microsoft launcher and can't I use a @normal@ mojang launcher??? 

As you can see at the bottom of the screenshot there is an error that says: Oh no something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to Minecraft services. Try again (doesn't help)

Please help!

I have my transaction ID from Mojang studies in may so it would be reasonable to think Mojang should help me.
