Minecraft graphic bugging on launcher

      Whenever I open my minecraft launcher the background in the login menu gets filled with small white stripes all over. The same thing happens if I leave the launcher signed in, it gets worse if I scroll up or down. And the main picture gets weird outlines on everything in it
