Installing the new launcher and deleting the old launcher breaks your java installation

    • I am using the latest Windows 10 build, the Java installation that was broken is on version 1.8.0.{string of numbers}.

      After installing the new launcher for Minecraft, my Java installation broke, which by the way was on a another hard drive, this renders me unable to install mods, I mean unless I could find the JRE folder again with the new launcher, then I could install mods.
