      Hello , i am a problem with the Minecraft Launcher (v2.2.7447 (old launcher) and v2.2.7450 (the new launcher).

      The problem with the Minecraft Launcher v2.2.7447 :

      I cannot create or edit Minecraft installations.

      and the problem with the new Minecraft Launcher (v2.2.7450) :
      I cannot install the new Minecraft launcher
      The install progressbar on the setup file is blocked at 0%.

      The Microsoft Store has just a blocked progressbar on license acquisition.
