Minecraft Launcher crashes upon logging into Microsoft account

      This is my new computer and I tried logging into minecraft and the launcher crashes when I try to log in to my microsoft account. The video provided contains some personal information so I do not want it shown publicly.

       

      I used an older launcher (the one for windows 7/8) and that one worked
