When i try to launch java edition on my iMac (macos 10.11) when the launcher tries to download the installation, it ALWAYS freezes at 5.65kb. I have no idea how to fix this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher, and i have tried making new installations, but nothing works. Attached below is a screenshot of the bug. Please help . Also, if i try to quit the launcher during this bug, it ends up becoming unresponsive, and i have to force quit the launcher.
