The launcher does not scale properly with the "make text bigger" slider in Settings>Ease of Access>Display for factors greater then 120%, removing access to the installation, skin, patch notes and play tabs, as well as restricting visibility. The only fix is to reduce the slider to below 120%.
I don't think this is a duplicate of the Linux ticket which has been around since 2019 because, well, this is on Windows.
